Birthday ideas for a 3 year old girl.?
I know I am planning WAY ahead of schedule, but because of the situations, I have my reasons. For my daughter’s third birthday, I have her this coming year. (Jan 2010, custody battles and divorce, ugly situations). Because of my time of instability during her first birthday, I didn’t get to do anything for her then, and her second I didn’t have her at all, so this time I want to have a sort of.. large-ish birthday. There wont be a lot of people, family mostly, maybe a few friends of the family, but no one outside of that. I just have no idea what to do for her really. I am amazing at baking, and have the use of fondant, so I am making her a cake, but don’t know what I should do for it. She loves pink and Purple, and Barbie, maybe not Barbie herself, but "dolls." So I was either thinking of making her a purse cake (so easy) and having it pink or purple, or one of those Barbie cakes that have those crazy dresses on. :p

Other than that, I don’t really want to do a theme, she’s not really into anything specific, except the movies Cars, Hercules, and The Road to El Dorado. (Disney and Dreamworks.. animated movies). So I can stick with Pink as a theme color. Heh. Does anyone have any ideas? Her birthday isn’t until January, so I have plenty of time, but here’s the catch… I’ll be 39 weeks pregnant. I am terrified to have anything planned or premade or bought and end up not being able to throw my daughter a birthday party.

I keep joking with my mother about it, because my brother was born on Thanksgiving, and her water broke when she was making Pumpkin pies. I told my mom that’s how this baby would come, the smell of cake would cause my water to break, lol.

So any ideas and advice would be great. Please, no rude answers, thank you!
To the first answerer (and maybe only) No. There is NO way that is ever going to happen. He is an alcoholic, drug addicted, mentally and physically abusive, for lack of better words, and this is the only way to describe him.. jackass. He refuses to let ANY of my family participate in anything.

Besides, I am remarried and having another child with my current husband. I read your thing about being a Men’s Rights Advocate, and I know you may be all about that in every situation, but until you know mine inside and out, you wont fully understand. Also, my father was the same way as him (my ex) but my ex is worse, and I can tell you when I was around my father, I had the worst childhood, and not just, daddy is mean, he wont let me play a game, no, not that at all, he was a ruthless asshole as well, and never spoke kindly of my mother. I do not want my child(ren) to grow up in that environment as well.

Can I be sued a second time by the same person for not paying on a judgment in civil court?
I was sued by my ex roommate and I sued him back in the same case but I ended up being the defendant in the civil suit..When we went to court a few weeks ago we dealt with a mediator instead of waiting to see the judge.My ex roommate said I owed him $2000 for unpaid rent and I was suing him for stealing my furniture when I moved out of the apartment we had shared. I left 5 months early on a 12 month lease(he actually never paid me for any utilties that were all in my name, he also never paid rent when I gave him my money very single month). When I moved my furniture out he called the police over and lied to them stating that the furniture that I owned was his and that he bought it in 2009 when in fact my parents bought it back in 1994 when I was 10yrs old…I’m now 25.. My furniture was worth $3000 and was in great condition and I filed a police report even tho my brother saw that he tried selling my furniture on craigslist 2 months before I went to court but I had no proof it was actually sold. In court The mediator decided I owed $2000 and that the roommate give me back my furniture. I had to pay him in increments and he had to give me 2 peices of my furniture in exchange on a certain date but each time, I have to pay him a week before he is ordered up with my furniture. A week after the court judgement we were texting eachother and he admitted he no longer had my furniture but expected me to still pay him. The first payment is due in a few days and I know if I pay him $700 I will never get my furniture back(everyone who knows him agrees). He made money off my parents furniture and he also owes me $1800 for a security deposit for the apartment he still lives in and his lease is up in March but I heard in new jersey he has 30 days to give it back once his lease is up and then I can file a seperate suit. So I’ve lost money and furniture to this guy and I’m still expected to pay him in a week. Does anyone know if I have to pay him or if I dont what happens? If he sues me for not paying can I use the evidence of the text message where he admitted he didnt have my furniture? and also the craigslist links that shows him trying to sell my furniture?..which has his name on it. The court wont give me legal advice and I cant afford a lawyers advice.
Of course u didnt..HE IS NOT living up to his side of the deal..he is suppose to return my furniture when i give him the money. He told me he doesnt have it. he sold it. So I’m thinking of not payin him. Better???

You lost the case. You either pay the judgment, or he will go back to court to enforce it. That will include seizing your assets (bank accounts) and/or getting a garnishee order on your salary.

Trust me, NOBODY read all those details, it’s way too detailed for anyone to follow. But none of it matters anyway, all the does matter s that the judge ruled in his favor.

I'm writing a story…?
So I’m free writing a story. Keep in mind that I’m twelve years old and in sixth grade, with a grade level of 4.0 to 11.0. My best friend wrote this for my story as a summary, kind of the writing you see on the back of a book. Can this story last?

In the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, built on the ruins of an abandoned asylum, the Channel Building of Parapsychology stands tall. Inside are 386 test subjects, either sedated or asleep for the night.
And one woman dared to give birth to a daughter, leaving a total of 387. The child was taken and named, locked up and hidden away. They knew this child would be special.
Her name was Lex. She escaped the building and took four other paranormals with her, lead them all the way to Frisco, Colorado.
But two years later, things are starting to get worse. Channel shows up at their doorstep, demanding they come with them, consent or no consent. Now alone and running, Lex and her gang are trying to escape, but Channel is right on their tails.
